Erev Chag - Minimum service charge is 742+vat and Price-list items are charged at +200% so a 100 shekel item becomes a 200 shekel item
Erev Yom Kippur - 1000+vat to show up + Price-list item - the 1000 shekel on this day does not include any work
Chol Hamoed - Minimum service charge is 742+vat and Price-list items are charged at +200% so a 100 shekel item becomes a 200 shekel item
Yom Hazmaut and any other secular holiday - Minimum service charge is 742+vat and Price-list items are charged at +200% see above
Emergency Calls -all appointments booked for arrival between 6pm and 8am, Fridays after 1pm - minimum service charge is 742+vat and Price-list items are charged at +200% so a 100 shekel item becomes a 200 shekel item
